Shipping and delivery

Due to high demand, the shipping time for shipments to Germany is 7-14 working days. Shipments abroad can take 3-10 days longer (Deutsche Warenpost International).

When your shipment is dispatched, you will receive a separate email to track your shipment. This will be sent automatically as soon as the supplier processes it in their acceptance process.
We deliver to all European countries. Send us a message if you would like to ship outside Europe/Switzerland/UK.

The regular shipping costs (except for discount promotions) are:
1. For purchases up to 60 € shipping costs 4 € within Germany, from 60 € shipping is free within Germany.
3. Shipping to other European countries 8€, non-EU 12€.

Please note: Customs fees may apply for shipments to NON-EU (Switzerland). These are to be borne by the buyer.

As a buyer with a German address, you can return goods free of charge via our returns portal with DPD (only within Germany).

When returning items from NON-EU countries, make sure to include the relevant customs documents. If these are not available, the packages will remain at the customs office and will be sent back to you (the customs office will not inform you of missing documents). Please make sure that the customs office can see that it is a return (note, for example).

Regular shipments are sent by Warenpost, DHL or DPD. The delivery time after shipment abroad is usually 3-8 working days. Shipments to Switzerland can take up to 10 days in exceptional cases.

If there are any delays in delivery, you will be informed by email. If your package is ready for collection at a branch, you will also receive an email about this.
