Below we provide information on the legal basis of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), on the basis of which we process personal data. Please note that in addition to the regulations of the GDPR, the national data protection regulations may apply in your or our country of residence and domicile. If more specific legal bases apply in individual cases, we will inform you of these in the data protection declaration.

Use of cookies

Commercial and business services

We process data from our contractual and business partners, e.g. customers and interested parties (collectively referred to as "contractual partners") within the framework of contractual and comparable legal relationships as well as associated measures and as part of communication with the contractual partners (or pre-contractual), e.g. to respond to inquiries answer. Payment service provider

As part of contractual and other legal relationships, due to legal obligations or otherwise based on our legitimate interests, we offer the data subjects efficient and secure payment options and use other payment service providers in addition to banks and credit institutions (collectively "payment service providers"). Credit check

If we make advance payments or take comparable economic risks, we reserve the right to obtain identity and credit information from specialized service companies (credit agencies) to assess the credit risk based on mathematical and statistical procedures in order to protect our legitimate interests. We only send newsletters, emails and other electronic notifications (hereinafter “newsletter”) with the consent of the recipient or legal permission. Web analysis, monitoring and optimization

Online marketing
